When you place an order with us online, we will contact you via email with the shipping costs for your order prior to processing payment.  When you have replied indicating the shipping method of your choice, your payment will be processed and your order will be shipped.  Orders are usually shipped via FedEx or the Canadian Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.  All items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Combining items ordered will save on shipping costs.

Free shipping on ‘For the Quilter’ items totaling more than $300.00 prior to taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds on any quilts.  You can, however, exchange quilts within 30 (thirty) days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

1.  Quilt must be in original, resalable condition (i.e. no washing or signs of use)

2.  A 'Pre-authorization of Return' form must be received from The Village Quilt prior to returning quilt.  Please contact us for this form

3.  Customer to pay shipping and insurance fees for return.  Sorry, The Village Quilt is not liable for returns lost in transit.

4.  A restocking fee of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars Canadian) will be applied to the customer's account.

You may return or exchange any unused ‘For the Quilter’ item within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.
